Sorry I've been absent for so long - life just gets in the way sometimes
Spurred by my on line friend Kath and her hopefully successful first try at making marmalade, I thought I'd share my first attempt.
DH cycled to our town just to get seville oranges for me last Saturday, so I spent a happy afternoon juicing, chopping, simmering, boiling, sterilising and filling to come out at the other end with five jars plus a little bit of sheer happiness
